Lost or Delayed Packages
- Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such situations.
- If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All items completes a detailed quality check before shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at info@tallwers.com within 3 days of delivery. Include the following information in your message:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We’ll review your issue and work quickly to find a solution. Our typical response time is 1–2 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
As a small, growing business, all sales are final and we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges. We understand this may be inconvenient and are actively working toward more flexible options in the future.
